Korn (stylized as KoЯn) is an American nu-metal band from Bakersfield, California. formed in 1993. The band is notable for pioneering the nu-metal genre and bringing it into the mainstream.
Korn took to the road in mid July on a co-headline tour with Seattle grunge rockers Alice In Chains. Underoath & Ho99o9 were brought along for direct support.
On August 3rd, the tour made a stop at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, NJ. Thousands of fans packed the Pavilion in anticipation to see their favorite band.
As the lights went dim the music of Korn starts to play from behind a large black curtain. As the guys go into Here To Stay the curtain falls and the fans roared in excitement.
For an hour an 15 minutes Korn put on an amazing performance playing their hits and also their latest single You’ll Never Find Me off their upcoming album The Nothing to be released on September 13th of this year.
Having seen Korn countless times and this being the first time since return of Brian “Head” Welch, I have to say this was the best show I have ever seen.
