By After postponing all shows until 2021, Green Day finally took to the road to headline the Hella Mega Tour. As everyone knows, Covid was such a shocker and killed live music along with almost all other events. Well the tour is finally happening and tonight they stopped at Hershey Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Green Day brought out one hell of a lineup with Fall Out Boy, Weezer and The Interrupters as direct support for the Hella Mega Tour.
With high energy and entertaining sets from Fall Out Boy, Weezer and The Interrupters It was finally time for the boys from California to take the stage.
With the light down and the crowd patiently waiting, Bohemian Rhapsody was played through the PA system followed by Blitzkrieg Bop. Billie Joe & company come out and go directly into playing an American Idiot. Of course the fans roared and sang along at the top of their lungs.
For over 90 minutes, Green Day put on one of the best shows I have ever seen in my 47 years. The heat was brutal, but didn’t stop the amazing performances and the great time had by all.
