Eddie Vedder and the Earthlings hit the road on an intimate theater tour consisting of 8 shows in 6 cities. Vedder’s band the Earthlings is made up of drummer Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers), guitarist Josh Klinghoffer (Red Hot Chili Peppers 2009-2019), bassist Chris Chaney (Jane’s Addiction), guitarist/vocalist Glen Hansard & guitarist Andrew Watt.

On a bitter winter night in Newark, NJ Eddie Vedder and the Earthlings made a stop to perform at the beautiful New Jersey Performing Arts Center. Guitarist & vocalist Glen Hansard opened up the show with a solo set before coming back out to perform with Vedder and the Earthlings.

Glen Hansard kicked off the show with an outstanding solo performance. With a short break it was time for Vedder and the Earthlings to take the stage. The lights go out and Vedder takes the stage before the band grabbing an acoustic guitar and meeting Hansard center stage covering Society by Jerry Hannun. After a song with only Vedder & Hansard, the rest of the Earthlings join in.

For two hours Eddie Vedder and the Earthlings entertained the crowd with song after song with a great mix of originals and covers.
