Mudvayne Brings Carnival like tour to Camden, N.J.

Looking like psychopathic out of control circus members, the high energy metal band Mudvayne brought their ‘Psychotherapy Sessions’ tour to the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion on July 29th, 2023, for their first headlining tour in over fourteen years. The Starting off the night with the mega hit “Not Falling” the band kicked into high gear and never slowed down till the very end. The band went on to play a dominate twelve song set list which included smash hits “Internal Primates”, “Death Blooms”, “Happy” and “Dig”. With the passionate and powerful voice of lead singer Chad Grey thundering through the venue, the crowd was on their feet and jumping the entire 70 minute set which included Grey jumping into the crowd not once but twice!

Kicking off the show was Butcher BabiesNonpointGwar, and Coal Chamber. Each band delivered a solid set filled with fun and great music. From the fantastic hair flips of Carla Harvey and Heidi Shepardof Butcher Babies to the odd but fun Gwar bringing a knockout, blood soaked entertaining set that included the “dispatching” of Russian president Vladimir Putin.
